first course

To begin Chef has taken inspiration from the orient and specifically a modern twist on an Osawa soup. This soup has a well rounded beat aroma with undertones of the most superb synthy strings. Topped off with a positively sinful sprinkle of vocal dust.

Shinichi Osawa – Push (Tronik Youth Remix)

second course

Next Chef Popinov has journeyed to the south of France to prepare for you a rich torchon of foie gras nestled on a piece of fresh baked briôche. Bringing Justice to the dish chef has wrapped his torçhon with thinly sliced bass lines and drizzled the plate with a reduction of vintage port.

Jus†ice – Valentine (Plastic Fang Remix)

To excite your pallet before the main course chef has concocted a classic salmon gravalax from the west coast of Canada. With perfectly cured wild salmon from the pacific, chef has made this one bite sensation complete with wild breakdowns and is served on a wafer thin sampled crisp and a scoop of just inSane steelhead roe.

Ernold Sane – Crazy Ice-Cream

main course

Inspired by a taste for true Italian cuisine while Chef Popinov was in Rome, Chef brings an age old pasta recipe to share with you. An el dente serving of Crooked hand rolled tagliatelle served in a ragout of fall off the bone low-pitched lamb shank and fresh treble tomatoes from the vine. His pasta is finished with freshly shaven black truffles and garnished with a spring of lyric.

Crookers – What up Y’all

For this cheese course chef has scoured the country side of the United States of America in search of a blend of creamy and hard cheeses. A trio from across the country including a creamy Cypress Grove Chevre, a medium bodied Tillamook Cheddar, and a firm Humboldt Fog. The plate is finished with chocolate Dippedhazelnuts and a compote of thumping contralto.

To finish you off for the evening Chef is bringing you to Belgium and the magnificent world of chocolate. On the plate chef has built a positivly Soulful tower of classic chocolate delights starting with a dark chocolate brownie base, then a layer of finely whipped white chocolate mousse and topped with a crunchy milk chocolate and peanut butter brittle. Three sinful layers of chocolate with 3 textures to swoon over.
